  • No idling/parking on Connecticut Avenue — fines enforced.

  • All visitors must have an Entry Pass.
  • Parking Passes are nonrefundable. Exchanges after purchase are allowed up to 48 hours before visit date (subject to availability; not guaranteed). You can exchange passes here.
  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, visitors must follow Park Rules. Noncompliance may result in removal or ban from the Zoo.
