Group Entry + Bus Parking

Bringing a group of 16 or more? Book a Group Order in advance.

  • School groups, camps, and tours are welcome!

Bus arrivals require a reservation.

  • Reserve a Bus Parking Pass or Drop-Off Pass with your Group Order.
  • No idling/parking on Connecticut Avenue — fines enforced.

A Few Reminders

  • All visitors must have an Entry Pass.
  • The Zoo is open rain or shine.
  • The price of daily Parking Passes purchased on the same date as your visit — whether online or onsite — is $40. Save $10 by purchasing your Parking Pass online before the day of your visit!
  • Parking Passes are nonrefundable, but can be exchanged online. Parking Pass exchanges are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled visit date. All exchanges are subject to availability. 
  • Summer hours (March 15 - Sept. 14) are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Winter hours (Sept. 15 - March 14) are 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Last entry for the park is one hour before closing time, and last entry for indoor exhibits is 30 minutes before closing time, so plan your trip accordingly. Zoo Hours.
  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, visitors must follow Park Rules. Noncompliance may result in removal or ban from the Zoo.
